My name is Allen, the owner. I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. I have over 20+ years experience and I’m looking for someone to transfer that knowledge to. I will mentor you clinically each week to help you think and treat like a specialist.

  1. Start from hourly compensation and progress to fee-split ($)
  2. 4-5 assessments per week to build your caseload quickly ($)
  3. Regular support in building and maintaining your caseload ($)
  4. $1,000 Continuing Education allowance per year ($)
  5. Career courses (approx. $2,000+/year) that help you build your skillset ($)
  6. Paid subscription (approx. $300) to clinician education and HEP site ($)
  7. 1:1 weekly mentoring and clinical skills development with clinic owner ($)
  8. Vacation pay ($)
  9. Paid onboarding and training ($)
  10. Clinical Mentorship program – for new grads or clinicians looking to upgrade their skills and certifications
  11. Other Perks (see below)
  12. No admin work. We manage all reception, appointments, invoicing, and billing for you
  13. Private Assessment Rooms
  14. 1:1 High-Value Patient Care model
  15. No double-booked treatment sessions
  16. Remote access to documentation (with AI Assistance)

Your Clinical Mentorship Roadmap!

Whether you are a season clinician or new grad, we help you plan your certification and (new) programs to sharpen and add new skills to your clinical tool-kit. As clinicians our learning never ends.

As a new grad you can also take advantage of our Direct Mentorship Program. The Direct Mentorship Program is on-going until you feel like a clinician superstar.

How does it work?

  • Each month you will have a dedicated curriculum to help you develop your skills.
  • You will meet regularly with a dedicated clinical mentor/specialist
  • Practice new and advance techniques to build and sharpen your skills
  • Course and certification planning and roadmap
  • Get help to build a full caseload and maintain it
  • How to create a treatment plan and keep patients committed to it so they graduate and get their outcomes/why
